Privacy Policy

Semper Technologies Ltd keeps this short because there is not much to say: this website collects almost nothing, and what you send us directly is used to answer you.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Semper Technologies Ltd handles information in connection with this website, semper.ng. It applies to this website only.

Our products — TopupNaija, Sendozi, the Digital Church Project and Anglican Companion — are operated on their own domains and publish their own privacy terms. When you open an account or send data to one of those platforms, the terms published on that platform apply to that activity.

Information this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment system and no forms that transmit data to us. It does not set cookies, and it does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep ordinary technical logs — typically the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to deliver the site and to keep it secure and available. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

Information you send us directly

Every contact route on this site is a direct one: an email link to info@semper.ng and a telephone link to +234 808 880 8090. If you write or call, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — usually your name, your contact details and a description of the problem you want solved.

We use that information to reply to you, to understand the problem and, where it leads to work together, to deliver and support that work. We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our relationship with you or as long as the law requires, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Third parties

This site links out to our own products and to no one else's. Following any external link takes you to a service with its own policies and its own operators.

We do not share information you send us with third parties except where we use a service provider to operate our own business (for example, an email provider), where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we have no continuing reason to keep it, object to a particular use, or withdraw consent you have previously given.

To exercise any of these, write to info@semper.ng. We will respond within the period the Act requires. If you believe we have handled your information wrongly, you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security and children

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information you send us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information will be described here rather than made quietly.
